WordWorld is an American animated CGI series which used to run a lot on PBSKIDS. It premiered on September 3, 2007.

the show is about a variety of animal characters who are formed from actual letters spelling out their names. To make something, one must find the letters of a word in order to form someone or something. Living beings are known as “WordFriends”, and objects are known as “WordThings”. The animals go on daily adventures together.
”A goofy group of animals are ‘WordFriends‘ that teach preschool kids how to solve problems by building the right word. They journey on funny adventures together discovering that letters from words and that words have meanings. Characters like brainiac Frog and fun-loving Dog learn the alphabet on “WordWorld”.

- WordWorld can easily be confused with WordGirl, another PBSKIDS related show, primarily because they sound so alike, and the plots of both shows are very similar.
- All animal characters on the show are not given a real name. They are only called what describes their species.
