"The Rainbow Birthday Cake" is the second segment of the twentieth episode of the first season of WordWorld, and the fortieth episode overall.
Plot[]
Duck is going about his day when Mr. Narrator reminds him it is Frog's birthday. Duck decides to give him a big birthday cake and goes to get help from Pig at his barn. Pig puts together the letters to make a cake, after which Duck suggests they decorate it with frosting in Frog's favorite color, but cannot remember what it is, so Pig suggests they make a rainbow. He builds multiple cans of frosting while Duck frosts the cake and, unknown to Pig, throws the empty cans out the window. Pig eventually sees the mess, which the two pick up as Pig explains to Duck the problem with littering and how they can recycle the cans by adding letters to make new words. They then go to Frog's log, but soon tire out near a river due to the cake's weight, so Pig recycles one of the empty cans into a canoe. However, by the time they arrive, they realize they did not bring a candle. This makes Duck panic until he remembers they can make a candle out of one of the cans. They show the cake to Frog, who says it uses all his favorite colors and, at the party, lets Duck have the biggest slice.
